have any paywalls have come down as a result?

My own demo should also be compelling, but actually no one cares:

Try looking for information on vaccines in Taylor and Francis:
https://www.tandfonline.com/action/doSearch?AllField=vaccine
48K hits.
Now do this for openly accessible articles:
https://www.tandfonline.com/action/doSearch?AllField=vaccine&content=standard&countTerms=true&target=default&startPage=0&pageSize=10&access=user
12K hits.
so 75% of the T+F literature on "vaccine" is paywalled.
You can send this demo to your MP, MEP, Congressperson, and tell them that
PAYWALLS KILL PEOPLE

Take this message to people who can DO something about it. Actively rebel
against this system
Meanwhile if you want to collect bibliography-driven scientific knowledge
in this area, join us at the EU Hackathon https://euvsvirus.org.
Don't just talk about how we might change things,
help build a better system.
