[GOAL] Scholarly Kitchen post on 4 years of invoices for APCs and hybrid-fees paid by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

    Check out the Scholarly Kitchen post analyzing four years of invoices
paid by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to secure CC BY dissemination
of research results with no embargo.  My co-authors and I encourage others
to research the many questions which we did not look at, for example the
59% of the invoices for which were for hybrid-fees in subscription journals.
