[GOAL] Open Research news at Cambridge University

Dear Mrs Kingsley,

Congratulation and thanks for the share.

I hope this will inspire many other institutions, and I shall personnaly
use Cambridge statement to help move the Université libre de Bruxelles
in the same direction.
