[GOAL] Open peer review at MDPI

    Excellent message.  
    You make MDPI’s policies really clear.  And I’m glad you give both authors and reviewers opt-outs.   I can think of many examples where open peer review would shut down good peer review. And your process protects against those cases where open=biased while allowing it in cases where open is meaningfully informative.
