[GOAL] Problem with the Open Choice option from Springer

Hello,

After a wide advertising the problem with the Open Choice has
been solved today : Springer has canceled the order of payment.

Moreover Springer informed me that they are working on finding a way to 
allow to use the 14 days of
right of withdrawal, in agreement with the French consumer code.

However a similar case has been reported to me today, concerning two 
researchers
in the US.
