[GOAL] Steady Growth of Articles in Fully OA Journals Using a CC-BY License

Dear all,

The latest post on the OASPA blog again shows a steady increase in the
number of CC-BY articles in fully-OA journals published by OASPA members,
but also compares other open access articles. All of the figures collected
are available for download from our website.

We are pleased to include data showing growth of the Directory of Open
Access Books (DOAB) again this year.
