[GOAL] Elsevier selling access to open access articles... again

Thanks for looking into this Alicia.

I note at NCBI PubMed [1] it is clearly displayed as an "Elsevier Sponsored
Document" which from the word 'sponsored' does rather suggest to me that an
APC was paid. But I welcome any official clarification of the matter from
either Wellcome Trust or Elsevier.
