[GOAL] [SCHOLCOMM] Elsevier acquires bepress

Hello all,

Since questions of cost are coming up I wanted to share that we are
committed to keeping our pricing model the same.

Elsevier is making a long-term investment in our technology and business
model. Neither party wants to do anything that would jeopardize that (which
price hikes would certainly do).
