in Projet SOHA (www.projetsoha.org), one of our missions  is to promote
open access and overcome obstacles of its adoption in Africa. With the help
of EIFL, we are organizing a free webinar on Dspace, a powerful free
software used to build open archives (http://www.projetsoha.org/?p=1427).
The webinar will be presented in french, but don't hesitate to share the
