[GOAL] Preprints from MDPI

Hi Thomas, thanks for pointing this out. I guess it's more of a 
convention now than an necessity - this was an error on my part. It 
doesn't affect that our aim with Preprints is not to turn it into a 
commercial entity but run it on a non-profit basis.
