My apologies for any multiple postings.
The PASTEUR4OA project (Open Access Policy Alignment Strategies for
European Union Research) has produced a questionnaire on the above topic (
http://www.pasteur4oa.eu/resources/213#.Vyw_Qnp4WT8).
It is designed to enable institutions to assess: a) the openness of their
research and teaching; b) the level of awareness of openness in their
researchers; and c) the level of awareness and use by researchers of
institutional support. It covers the whole process of undertaking and
disseminating scholarly and scientific research, and teaching, including
for instance awareness of and adherence to policies and strategies.
Please feel free to use as you wish.
The full range of PASTEUR4OA advocacy resources (including policy
guidelines, briefing papers, case studies and toolkits) is available at:
http://www.pasteur4oa.eu/resources.
With best wishes
David
