[GOAL] Request Your Help for an open access study on non-English-language journals

Hi,
Not sure if this is helpful at all - found it on Web of Science
http://wokinfo.com/russian/editors/ while googling for open access in
Russia (therefore the language of the link). It has a list of many oa
journals in different countries and the language is also mentioned. So far
I could not find any oa journals in Russian, asked a colleague, will let
you know if I hear from him.
