[GOAL] Appeal for disclosure of publication fees by Alliance of Science Organizations in Germany

One aim of the transition to open access publishing is to make the system more sustainable.

 

A measure in support of this aim is the disclose of payments of Open Access publication fees in order to make the cost structure of the Open Access publication market clearly recognizable.

 

Now the Alliance of German Research Organisations has published the appeal in this respect.
