[GOAL] Results experimentation Open Peer Review

Dear colleagues,

OpenEdition has completed an experimentation on Open Peer Review for SSH in
the project OpenAire2020. The experimentation was achieved in partnership
with Consortium Couperin and the Canadian open access journal Vertigo. You
