Dear Heather,

thank you. In the last months we invested a lot to improve our OA 
processing steps by analysing metadata information in dc_rights (PD, CC, 
...), provided by repositories world wide. In the result, the percentage 
of records for which we can indicate an OA status increased 
dramatically. Together with our OA boosting option within our search 
interface  you will get more records leading to OA documents in your 
result lists.
