[GOAL] Wellcome Trust Announces Charity Open Access Fund (COAF)

Earlier in September the Wellcome Trust launched a charity fund to support
open access research publications.  Robert Kiley, Head of Digital Services
at the Wellcome Library, is responsible for overseeing the implementation
of the Trust’s open access policy.  In a Guest post on the OASPA blog

and why it has been established.
