This message was originally posted to the open science list. I'd like to bring this to the attention of GOAL subscribers for discussion purposes.
I'd be interested in hearing what people think of PeerLibrary. My own perspective is that the user name "general crap" (I'm not making this up, it's copied from the PeerLibrary collection) says it all.
It might be worth noting that one of the partners behind PeerLibrary, Mendeley, is owned by Elsevier.
What do others think?
