SHERPA Services are pleased to announce two upgrades to SHERPA/FACT (www.sherpa.ac.uk/fact/<http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/fact/>) - the tool that helps authors check if their journal complies with their funder's open access requirements.

Firstly, we have added five new funders - Arthritis Research UK, Breast Cancer Campaign, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, and Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. These research charities are all members of COAF (Charities Open Access Fund), along with the Wellcome Trust, which was already covered by SHERPA/FACT.

Secondly, we have simplified the interface for routine use, while retaining an "advanced mode" for more complex queries. The new features include:

*         Clearer selection of funders

*         Clearer navigation between pages

*         Additional guidance in tooltips

*         Less clutter

We continue to improve SHERPA/FACT, and welcome feedback and suggestions.
