[GOAL] Re: Open APC data for Germany

Dear all,

 From data published by JISC in June this year  (see 
http://files.figshare.com/1563044/Jisc_Collections_aggregated_APC_data_by_publisher.xlsx 
) I have calculated the total cost of APC  for OAjournals (HYBRID AND 
FULLOA) by year and distribution by publisher, draw your own conclusions 
(Remember in April 2013 RCUKs changed their OA policy):
