[GOAL] Request-Copy Button Now Native to DSpace

I’ve learned (indirectly via David Piper of Cambridge) that the Request-Copy Button is
now native to DSpace as of Version 6. 

Delighted too that implementing the Button is being  considered for the next upgrade of
DSpace at Cambridge 

I hope that all EPrints and DSpace Institutional Repositories will now implement the 
Request-Copy Button to maximize the access provided by their OA mandates during 
any allowable OA embargo period. (Other Repository softwares should do it too!)
