Workshop Objectives:

   -

     To support the development of supportive and productive relationships
   between Member States (MS) experts
   -

     To enable compare-and-contrast exercises on the state of readiness in
   each MS with respect to national policymaking on Open Access (OA)
   -

     To build on the experience of MS on development and implementation of
   national policies on OA
   -

     To introduce the purpose Knowledge Net and the role of the Key Node
   organisations
   -

     To establish where the development of further expertise may be
   necessary to

   strengthen the effectiveness of the nascent Knowledge Net
   -

     To introduce the engagement programme aimed at policymakers
