Workshop Objectives:

To support the development of supportive and productive relationships
between Member States (MS) experts

To enable compare-and-contrast exercises on the state of readiness in
each MS with respect to national policymaking on Open Access (OA)

To build on the experience of MS on development and implementation of
national policies on OA

To introduce the purpose Knowledge Net and the role of the Key Node
organisations

To establish where the development of further expertise may be
necessary to
strengthen the effectiveness of the nascent Knowledge Net

To introduce the engagement programme aimed at policymakers
