[GOAL] Blogs cherry picking from the BIS Report

Hello all,

To add to the discussion around the BIS Report, today the Australian Open Access Support group have added two blogs to the AOASG website to summarise and discuss the contents of the BIS Report:

Part two cherry picks some interesting information and observations contained in the report -  http://aoasg.org.au/2013/09/19/bis-report-part-two-information-observations/ These include the finding that the UK has twice as much of their research available open access than the rest of the world.
