Below is the link to the programme and presentations for yesterday's RSP event on OA Funders' Policies.

There is the predictable tension between the sensible, worldwide movement toward mandating
Green OA self-archiving, without extra cost, and Finch/RCUK's perverse preference for 
double-paying for Gold OA publishing (over and above what is already being paid for
journal subscriptions).
