   - Authors own final version only can be archived
   - Publisher's version/PDF cannot be used
   - On author's website immediately
   - On any open access repository after 12 months from publication


The author's own institutional repository is the author's website (a disk
sector provided by the author's institution).

(Springer will run into trouble with this new hedge when it comes to their
physicists and mathematicians who have been archiving
institution-externally for 25 years -- in Arxiv -- and will certainly not
waste a second even contemplating stopping doing so because of this latest
afterthought from Springer, but that's not our problem...)
