[GOAL] Re: Discussion on Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes required by Librarians for Open Access

Great indeed we need a self learning curriculum for this important Open
Access discipline!

I have a quick comment for the modules. I think Authors Addendum, Software
for Repositories and Journals, Conferences and Publishing Monographs,
Alternate Metrics for articles may suitably be added in the modules.
