[GOAL] Re: New study of green embargoes

Dear Wouter ( & others interested in the data),

Thank you for your interest to the study and its data. I would like to make the source data for the article as widely available as possible, however, in its current form the data consists of multiple excel sheets (25mb worth) daisy-chained together with minimal though to potential further usefulness or documentation. Also the data contains the entirety of the web-accessible Scimago database, something which I am unsure about re-distribution rights. I will get back in touch once I've streamlined the data and figured out to what extent the Scimago data can be made available for download.
