Hi Dr. Morrison,
Thanks for this very useful reference. Cost and economics play very
important role in deciding in favor of Open Access. The rising cost of peer
reviewed information has been a problem for many in the developed countries
too. We will look into this issue at greater depth, and see how we can
create a lesson around "Cost and economics of Open Access".

Since we are developing self directed learning materials for Open Access,
suggestions from the members of GOAL would assist us further.
