[GOAL] ROARMAP: 289th Green Open Access Mandate

University of Luxembourg has adopted a Liege Model ID/OA Mandate:

The mandate requires all University members to deposit: the full-text
electronic copies of all their peer-reviewed journal articles as well as
papers from published conference proceedings in the University’s digital
repository immediately upon acceptance for publication (maximum delay: 1
month).
