The Australian Open Access Support Group (AOASG) has just published an explainer on its website called the "Comparison of ARC & NHMRC policies":

The page is organised under the subheadings:

*         Summary of the policies

*         Strengths of the policies

*         Weaknesses of the policies

*         Author rights for articles published with Elsevier & Wiley

*         Similarities and differences of the exact wording from the policies
