In the spirit of (Canadian) Thanksgiving, this issue thanks the many  
millions of scholars, librarians, and advocates around the world who  
are making open access happen. Featured this month are OpenDOAR,  
nearly doubling in the past 6 years; dramatic growth of journals  
providing immediate free access through PubMedCentral; over 36,000  
journals that can be read free-of-charge (thanks to the Electronic  
Journals Library), and over a million free movies, thanks to the  
Internet Archive!
