[GOAL] Registrations for COASP 2012 are now open

Announcement

On behalf of the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association, I am pleased 
to announce that the registrations for the 4th Conference on Open Access 
Scholarly Publishing (COASP 2012) are now open. COASP 2012 will take place 
over three days, from September 19th to the 21st, and will be held at the 
Gerbeaud House in Budapest, Hungary.

The deadline for early bird registration is June 15th, and there is a 
discounted registration rate for members of OASPA, OAPEN, and the DOAB.
