[GOAL] Remote Sensing journals and open access

Hi folks,

You may be interested to read my review of the BOAI-compliance of journals in the field of Remote Sensing.

In summary: there are currently no options that are really feasible for us, but if Elsevier and IEEE followed Springer's lead in CC-BY licensing Gold OA papers, it would solve pretty much all our issues.
