[GOAL] Re: Willett's Speech in Support of OA

I have to give Mr. David Willetts the merit of bringing Open Access to a
higher level of debate not only in UK, but the world. I perceive it as an
opening for the needed engaging debate on „how” and not „if” or „maybe”. I
did sense he understood partially what is Green Road meant for.

Is he the figure to ensure a balance among the players, at least in UK?!

In any case I felt that the snowball shaping into an avalanche.

Please, keep us posted on how it went.
