[GOAL] A bit of advice with regards to the history of the OA movement

Dear friends,

Some colleagues here in Romania asked me to put together a very brief
evolution path to the moment when „Open Access” came to being.
I came up with this design in a very short notice -

another look at the timeline (http://oad.simmons.edu/oadwiki/Timeline), but
I had to look from 10.000 feet.
This is what came to be. Although the milestones explanations are in
Romanian, all should be pretty self explanatory?!

Is there any other big, big, big moment in time that slipped my eye?
