My interpretation is that this is a public list that anyone can cite with
attribution. But it's always a good idea - as with blogs - to make that
clear with a licence. And , checking round a few lists, I don't see any
that have explicit licences

You can, anyway, cite me without explicit permission as if it were CC-BY.
