[GOAL] Re: A New Declaration of Rights: Open Content Mining

This is not so new. For years, Cliff Lynch, very perceptively, has
warned us that open access without open computation would not work (see
his article in the volume edited by Neil Jacobs).

But it is good to see this issue finally reach the surface of our
collective consciousness.
