[GOAL] Re: ARSSF Signs Berlin Declaration

It is good to hear that this Forum has signed the Berlin Declaration. The more important thing will be for each one of these members to make all their research publications open access. And for all their institutions to set up and populate OA repositories. Very few agricultural research and teaching institutions in India have adopted open access.
