The famous 80/20-rule says that more than three thousand
are of highest quality. You don't need to buy the whole package
just pick the interesting ones.

Interesting and very important is also the fact that the Third World is
visible and not just the Western world. Free e-journals is making
science and scholarship really global without fees.
