[GOAL] Harvard's response to the White House RFI on Open Access

Dear All,

 

The formatting of Harvard's response to the White House RFI on OA to
publicly funded research posted to GOAL the other day was unfortunately
corrupted in the process of transmission. As a result, indented quotations
were not indented and the quotation marks in lieu of indentation were
absent, which was clearly confusing to readers. 

 

The good news is that a properly formatted version of the response is now
available on the Harvard web site here:
