[GOAL] Re: Draft Addendum for Non-Predatory Hybrid Gold OA Publishers

Ross Mounce has an admirable spreadsheet of publisher permissions and
restrictions for "hybrid Gold OA".  It is worth noting that the T+F fee
(?3250 USD on Ross's list) does not give readers full re-use rights and is
not BOAI-compliant. Indeed it is not clear what rights it gives beyond
Green OA.
