Agreed.
I think there is a real need for such an organization. I have encountered
quite a number of people who want to set up their own journals. Some are
starting in science (grad students and postdocs) They want to do things
differently. And I have no doubt that some will succeed.

This list is one way of helping to collect like-minded people.
