New to the programme are the *Public Conference Lectures* on the 25th of 
April beginning at 5 p.m.. In her lecture "Drowning in Data?, *Anne 
Trefethen* (CIO of the University of Oxford) will develop strategies for 
the handling of the omnipresent information flood. Afterwards, *Arnoud 
de Kemp* (Managing Director of the Akademische Verlagsgesellschaft and 
digiprimo, Heidelberg) will show future scenarios of the world of 
electronic publishing in his lecture "Alice in WWWonderland. What's 
Happening and What not?".
