What would I like to see in 2012?

I would like to see the Minister of Human Resource Development and the
Minister for Science and Technology in New Delhi issue a mandate for open
access to all publicly funded research in India.

I would like to see the emergence of strong Taxpayer Alliance for Open
Access and student groups advocating and implementing open access in all
parts of the world, and especially in the developing countries.
