Dear Fellows

I have a meeting with the Turing next Wednesday 24 June and have been asked to report on the current atmosphere amongst Turing researchers across the University during COVID-19.  Please let me have your feedback to the following questions:


  *   What do you feel you are missing out on with the Turing Institute being closed?
  *   Do you have any complaints or other feedback?
  *   Is there anything you particularly appreciate during COVID-19?
  *   Are there any new ideas/initiatives you'd like to see the Turing Institute launch?

Finally, the WSI is hosting this year's ACM Web Science Conference, which will be delivered online from 6-10 July.  This year's theme is "Making the Web Human-Centric? New Directions in the Web and AI".  We have a great programme and registration is only £50.00 to attend the whole conference, including Workshops.
