[Fellows-Southampton] Turing Doctoral Studentships form to complete

Dear All

For those of you who have candidates that you are going to put forward to the internal Selection Panel for consideration, please see attached a Word document for you and the student to complete.  The deadline for applications is 4 February and the Selection Panel will meet from 1400-1600 on Friday 8 February.  In order to give me time to assemble the relevant documents for the Selection Panel, I should be grateful if you would send me the completed form by midday on Wednesday 6 February.

Once the final 3 students to be put forward to the Turing have been selected, there is an online form that needs to be completed for those 3 students.  This will require input from the student, the primary supervisor and me and will need to be submitted to the Turing by Wednesday 13 February.  Some of the information in the attached form can be inputted directly into the online form to avoid duplication.  I will send the link to this form once we know which 3 candidates have been selected.

Finally, I'd be very grateful if you could let me know if you are putting forward any applicants for the Selection Panel, so that I can get a sense of how many applications to expect.
