[Fellows-Southampton] Selection Panel dates for Turing Doctoral Studentships

Dear All

As you are aware, we are able to put forward 3 candidates to the Turing for consideration for a Turing Doctoral Studentship.  We will therefore need to have a Selection Panel to agree which 3 candidates should be put forward.  This should be made up of:

Grad School Directors (or substitutes) who have received applications through their Faculties
Turing Fellows (non-conflicting) - I suggest we need no more than 3 Fellows
Turing University Lead(s) (if available)
Me as the University Liaison Manager
Chris Howls (optional)

I should be grateful if you would complete the Doodle Poll below so that we can fix on one of the suggested dates/times as soon as possible.

Ahead of the meeting I will upload all relevant documents onto a SharePoint site for the Selection Committee to access, together with a scoring spreadsheet using a traffic light system to help the decision-making process.
