<div>What makes us confused is that IRStats2 get installed in May '21, and previous downloads history (back from 2019 when eprints get installed) is available but start counted 0 in March '21. Previously we assumed that the data will be collected starting in
May '21, but turned out the history data was already counted & collected. So what happened with March '21 and afterward? Because our students and staff still able to download articles at repository in that periods of time. I'm sorry for the questions if it
