<p>In your archive create the file cfg/cfg.d/z_disable_url_upload.pl
(i.e.
EPRINTS_PATH/archives/ARCHIVE_NAME/cfg/cfg.d/z_disable_url_upload.pl
subsituting capitalised parts as appropriate) and add the
following line:<br>
</p>
<p>$c->{plugins}->{"Screen::EPrint::UploadMethod::URL"}->{params}->{disable}
= 1;<br>
</p>
<p>Then run the following commands to test and reload EPrints:</p>
<p>EPRINTS_PATH/bin/epadmin test ARCHIVE_NAME</p>
<p>apachectl graceful</p>
<p>If you are running Ubuntu or Debian the second command might be
"apache2ctl graceful"</p>
