<font size="3" face="serif">Is the CORE Recommender acting a bit strangely for anyone recently ? I've checked the Open uni repo and White Rose repo and there are some similar symptoms to mine:</font><br>

<font size="3" face="serif">I would ask the people at CORE, but I don't want to spook anybody without checking it's not just me. I've had a quick look at any mailing lists I'm on and can't see anything about this, although apologies if it's a known thing and I've missed it.</font><br>
