<p>My 14.04 already uninstall and back to 12.04, and I forget the error. But from web, I always get http 500/http 503 (also forget which one). Maybe I will try on my localhost with 14.04.</p>
<p>I hope you can find the solution.</p>

I read your email on this matter - if you could provide more
information, this would be great (copy/paste of errors in Apache's
error logs is usually a good start).<br>

Right now,I restore my eprints back to 12.04. If you can solve this
error..maybe I can upgrade my OS to 14.04.
